Do you do custom orders?

I welcome all custom orders.  No order is too large or too small.  Please email me with what you have in mind.  I'm sure we can come up with a design you will love.  we can also have the pens or wooden pen boxes laser engraved with your logo or special message.  Please email at pat@wildwoodpenco.com or call me at 517-775-2227. 

Where can I buy refills for your pens?

All of our pens use a standard refill that can be purchased at any office supply or most department stores.  In the description of each pen it lists the refills it takes.  You may also buy the original equipment refills online here.

When will my order ship?

There is at least one of every item on this site in stock.  In that case, it will ship the next business day.  If your order a quantity greater than one then it may a week to ten days.  You will be notified of any backorders shortly after your order.
