This handmade Cigar pen is made from Buckeye burl wood. Buckeye burl grows on americas northwest coast underground in the root system of willow trees.  It's very unique, no two grain patterns are alike and no two are colored the same.  The different colors are created from the different minerals in the soil it grows in. 

The Cigar pen is a little larger double twist style pen and has long been a favorite among men. The plating is black titanium and platinum so the metal won't scratch, wear off, or peel like the inexpensive chrome pens on the market. The nib (where you hold it) on the pen is just over 7/16 inch in diameter and the pen weighs 2 ounces. Engage the smooth writing parker style ballpoint by twisting the top in either direction.  Like all Wild Wood pens, this pen has a clear finish polished to a high gloss sheen that should last a lifetime.
